Residents of Spur Circle live in one of the most unique communities in the Valley. Most of the 36 homes in Spur Circle were built in 1959-1960 on the site of the former Ingleside Inn (circa 1909), and later the Brownmoor School for Girls (circa 1945). The former riding ring and barn of the school are now the Spur Circle subdivision as we know it today.
This is a place where neighbors look out for neighbors, children play in the street, social get-togethers are abundant, and residents enjoy each other’s company in the community pool, ramada area, and tennis and pickleball court.
Spur Circle is a special place to live indeed!
